I photograph people in public: the small coincidences, gestures and bits of theatre that happen on ordinary streets. A market stall in Havana, a shadow crossing a wall in Tokyo, a stranger's laugh caught mid-turn in Istanbul — I'm drawn to the moments that would otherwise dissolve into the day and go unnoticed by everyone but the person living them. The palette shifts with the place, but the instinct stays the same — get close, stay honest, and trust that ordinary life is strange and beautiful enough on its own.
Every frame here is tagged with the city it was taken in. Start with the selected work, find a city on the atlas, or dig through all of it in the archive.
Outside the frame, I run Just for Impact, helping startups and innovation teams sharpen their strategy and scale into new markets — building things is its own kind of street photography, really: watching for the moment an idea turns into momentum. Off the clock I'm a genuine coffee nerd, always hunting new beans and cafés, and a scent obsessive who can talk perfume the way some people talk wine — Le Labo and Edith are the two houses I keep coming back to. Food takes me just as wide: Turkish döner and tavuk göğsü one week, Japanese soba and anmitsu the next.
Istanbul made me, Stockholm raised me the rest of the way, and Tokyo is the city that somehow ended up with a piece of my soul.
If any of this resonates — a photograph, a project, a cup of coffee, or just a shared love of a city — I'd genuinely like to hear from you. Say hello on Instagram ↗, or reach out about a print, a collaboration, or Just for Impact directly.
